THE BIG DAY PACKAGE

Starting at $1,800 (Additional $150.00 fee if ceremony is at a different location from the reception)

This is perfect for those brides who have done all the planning and have contracted all their vendors.  This package will allow the couple to enjoy their special day by leaving the day of the wedding coordination and running around to us.  We will focus on ensuring that everything runs smoothly so you can relax and make memories that will last a lifetime.

  • Up to 4 face to face consultations including site tours of ceremony and reception area or meetings with other vendors.
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Budget worksheet
  • Ceremony direction during the rehearsal
  • Available throughout the planning process for phone calls and e-mails
  • Unlimited phone calls and e-mails the week leading up to the event
  • Communication with all of the vendors to confirm timing and information
  • Creation of timeline and checklists for the day of the event
  • Full review of the ceremony and reception set up to ensure that it meets the client’s specifications
  • Up to two onsite coordinators to monitor the flow of the day
  • Includes up to 8 hours for ceremony and reception coordination on the wedding day
  • Placement of seating cards, wedding favors, pictures, sign in book, and programs
  • Assistance with the flow during the event to keep the timeline as accurate as possible
  • Distribution of any vendor checks
  • Assist with the clean up at the end of the night

 

ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PLAN

Starting at $3,500

If you don’t want to worry about a thing, this is the plan for you.  From start to finish, we are there every step of the way to make sure your vision becomes reality.

  • Up to 10 face to face consultations including site tours of ceremony and reception area or meetings with other vendors
  • Vendor and site recommendations
  • Accompany client to ceremony and reception venue to assist with the site selection
  • Budget worksheet
  • Ceremony direction during the rehearsal
  • Available throughout planning process for phone calls and e-mails
  • Unlimited phone calls and e-mails the week leading up to the event
  • Communication with all of the vendors to confirm timing and information
  • Creation of timeline and checklists for the day of the event
  • Full review of the ceremony and reception set up to ensure that it meets the client’s specifications
  • Up to two onsite coordinators to monitor the flow of the day
  • Placement of seating cards, favors, pictures, sign in book, and programs
  • Assistance with the flow during the event to keep the timeline as accurate as possible

FUN PARTY PLAN

Starting at $500

This is for those planning any type of party (graduation, birthday, anniversary, etc.) and needs help planning and organizing the event.

  • Up to 4 site tours of event location or meetings with other vendors
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Unlimited phone calls and e-mails the week leading up to the event
  • Communication with all of the vendors to confirm timing and information
  • Full review of the party set up to ensure that it meets the client’s specifications
  • Placement of centerpieces and any materials discussed prior to the event day
  • Creation of timeline for the day of the event

A La Carte or $35/ hour
